The third dimension

I once used this diagram to describe how difficult it is to find love. I think it puts things in perspective squarely: it's simply not that easy. 

At one point in time, I thought I must have gotten lucky. Only to find that in fact there is an invisible third circle - called time. And so I let go and let time do what it must - pass. And watch one day lead to another. 

Someday, maybe one day, at the right time, our paths will cross again. And I would tell you everything. The songs that I've heard. The books that I've read. The people that I've met. The places that I've been. And you would tell me everything. About the you that I've missed. 

Just maybe.
